Project Plan Milestone Delayed

Delay in creating the project plan led to delays in dependencies on the release plan, starting phases before dependent activities completed, manifested as disorganization and misalignment on tasks which were escalated to leadership, led to confusing moments because of the sequence of tasks being worked on, who should be in what meeting/workshop was not sorted out soon enough.
